We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping which takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $100; otherwise, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and earrings cannot be returned.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own for the most accurate fit.
